Radio backpack was not showing up in divesuits and being hidden by various suits or other wearables.

Fixed a big error when spawning in wreck encounter bosses in late biomes with incorrect tag causing them to spawn at level start/in the main/side path incorrectly.

Some small tweaks to a few biome spawns.

Injector Headset only uses medical and syringe items like in vanilla no more candy injections.

Adjusted ruin spawns down due to more spawns in ruins in general and there were too many spawns occuring, we will look into a general ruin spawn overhaul soon but this should be a lot better.

Porcelein Crab/Mantis is in more areas now, still a rare and very snippy enemy.

found several reset timers in great sea causing problems! also put a longer timer between passing fish and passing abyss fish in most biomes!

Removed pirate NPC prefabs due to disposeable battery changes previously forgot to remove this so gun mod specific or new vanilla load outs would spawn normally.
