Removed check for backpacks, no longer unequips them. Added icon for encumbrance as a reminder, as exercising when carrying too uses a lot of extra stamina without benefit.

New - Check regularity for item-dependent exercises without the item present. Item still required to perform the action.

Added an icon and counter to the exercise panel to show when you have 50g of protein in your system, and get the 1.5x strength xp bonus.

Also automatically drops equipped inventory containers to the ground when you start exercise, except fanny packs. It does not automatically reequip them.
