I'd have to consult my list but the main thrust was to make exercise in PZ not be tedious.
Things like sets, where your character rests then resumes without player input, or routines where you have pre-planned sets you can press a button to do. This is less complicated now that they're fixing sitting on the ground & resting on a chair at the same time would restore stamina very fast.
Ideal world would also fix oddities, like did you know that exercise does not care about the length of day at all? 1hr day, 2 hr day, 24hr day, the stamina cost, xp gain, time taken per rep is the same. Or push ups not contributing to regularity to burpees etc. Or careers that in theory have minimum fitness standards having no regularity. I'd like to do things like following real world exercise plans gets results over time, not just 1 rep = 1 xp stuff.
Regularity itself is insane too, it's way too harsh at low levels and way too good at high levels.
You need to have between 50 and 300 protein to get a benefit. Either wait patiently while eating cabbage salads or jump into debug mode, right click a food item, edit, then set the protein to negative.
You have to click load, click your save, then click More, then click Choose Mods. I just did a quick test it seems to be working still.
