Main change: Incorporated Neottious' Lidar v3! This includes three LIDAR sensors mounted to the mast, bow, and underhull for a more data-rich LIDAR display.

Minor cockpit redesign to accommodate a new 3x3 screen for lidar:
• sensor/lights switch panel relocated front and center
  
• overhead angled monitor bank widened and slightly reorganized
  
• jecki1379's radar relocated to large hud at right hand.

• Relocated camera + searchlight mount to bridge roof
  
• Redesigned equipment mast and relocated radar sensor from roof to mast
  
• Replaced flaregun and ammo in emergency beacon cabinet with regular thrown flares and a button that fires two distress flares from the roof
  
• Added 4x illumination parachute flares and a firing switchboard to port side deckhouse exterior
  
• Cleaned up some unused or redundant logic pieces under the bridge floor
  
• Other minor stuff I don't remember

-Switched the red and green navlights to be on the correct sides. Thanks to Cptpotatoface in the Stormworks Discord for pointing this out
