last patch quick fix

Abandoned outpost tweak. Bandits rebalance now back. Meet heavy resistance at stations

Map rebalance. Empty nodes starts only at last two zones. Abandoned outposts are much more common.

Harponturret added

Monsters now spawn during campaig rounds. Unfortunatly .png error will accur every round. ignore it. Diving suit fix. Now they don't use oxygen while not in water.

Cannot make creature spawn due to bugs. Waitinf for official fix. Now spawnlist are Vanilla

Trying to return monster spaw feature

Last patch fix. Made mode playable again. Monster spawn and bandit tweak disabled.
