Description
JOURNEY TO THE DEEPEST AND DARKEST PART OF EUROPE


BIG MODDIFICATION THAT EXPANDS LATE GAME CONTENT



Adds weapons, tools, various pieces of equipment
Items are mostly balanced to be advanced versions of vanilla
new items try to fill a specific role and usually have special properties.
Nothing are added just for quantity or cosmetic purposes.


MONSTERS!
Monsters are reworked and have unique abilities and traits . They will bring new challenges to your campaigns as well as good rewards


Changes to difficulties settings

Monster spawn greatly increased
Fully functional monster spawnlist.
You will naturally meet modded and vanilla monsters in you missions and campaign without usage of console.



Changes the map generation logic.

No empty spots till zone 3
Every route will have a beacon
More abandoned outposts in every zone
Abanndoned outpost are much more dangerous. More guards and better equiped.

Of course, if you connect LUA, you can create a mod menu with options and much more. But I deliberately left this mod only in XML format. This allows people to connect to the game immediately without rebooting and improves stability.

I know some lua mods have menus in game for config, a good amount of NT submods and NT has it

I can give you some advice: if you are the host, use console commands to make it easier for your players. When players are not ready for the enemy and everything is going very badly, just disable the enemy AI for a couple of minutes, this will shake off the pursuers and give you time to catch your breath.

The thing is, Barotrauma doesn't currently support mod customization. Or maybe I just don't know about it. The only way to enable or disable certain things is to split them into separate mods. And there's another terrible problem with that: the file update function is unstable, and even updating a single mod is a whole problem. This modification is actually more than suitable for solo play; many people have played through the game with it. Yes, it significantly increases the difficulty of the game, but it also provides tools to deal with these difficulties. The set even includes a submarine that can easily handle any enemy, so that the crew can gradually learn to deal with new threats.

The mod is good, but it's a pity that it's only playable in multiplayer mode and not in single player mode, as you won't be able to sail away even with the locator turned off. Enemies will find you, and half of their weapons won't work in vanilla mode. However, the captain's revick will destroy the Krivetka in just two hits. Please tell me how I can customize this mod to my liking, as it's not very convenient that my team will be destroyed from the first attempt.

Yes, mostly. However, some features regarding map generation and monster spawning may not initiate properly.

расположение точек на карте. исчезают пустые переходы, почти везде есть маяки, почти во всех зонах есть заброшенные станции. на карте миссии, иначе спавняться монстры в маяках, руинах и пещерах, более опасно и в большем колличестве.
