Minor bugfix to save functionality from last update

Fixed an issue where loading a saved game would present the setup buttons instead of the 'Advance Events' button

Fixed incorrect starting Aid

Added Scripted Scenario Setup! You can now choose whether to setup a normal game, the Quick Play Scenario, or either of the scenarios described in the playbook, and the scripting will take care of setting everything up for you.

Fixed a mistake in setup (Huila was at Active Opposition when supposed to be neutral)

Adjusted scale of "Advance Events" button

Added a button to clear Terror and Sabotage tokens

Added Event card progression to the initial Setup button

Added LoC Income tracking, including dynamic adjustment using state-based Sabotage tokens

Fixed some minor issues with Event card progression (drawing from wrong place, token placement timing, etc.)

Scripted Events & Eligibility!

You can now advance cards down the Event track at the push of a button, and Faction Eligibility will be automatically determined on the Sequence of Play track!

Also rearranged position of Event track (made more sense to have it closer to Sequence of Play track)

Fixed Aid counter button not ticking up and down correctly

Terror tokens now support "stacking"; they function just like resource buttons, you can left click to increase count, right click to decrease. They automatically disappear when they hit 0.

Added in tracking for Victory Margins and Government Aid! These values all dynamically update just like all the others, in response to Support/Opposition changes, base placement/removal, etc.

Fixed some incorrect starting Opposition tokens

Rearranged Player colors and corresponding reference sheets to be more intuitive
