Added the Hardened Brick recipe to the Blacksmithing feat.

Added the new iron sickle recipe to the iron tools feat.
All smelting recipes should be learnable from tools or smithing feats again.

Reconstructed mod after having to reinstall editor.
Undid changes to Grandmaster Feats as they were causing issues with other mods, and weren't a core part of this mod's concept.
