Fixed stat calculations to keep the light of the cell the pawn is currently in from playing a factor. Previously a pawn in darkness would inherently have a penalty to any stat that had a post process that included Global Work Speed (e.g., Animal Gathering Speed).

Fixed caravans devouring our WorkGroups settings.. they should survive, now.

Fixed a small issue where multiple pawns with identical levels/passions in the same skill would get flip-flopped [seemingly] randomly for a WorkGroup. Now it takes the XP gained in this level into consideration as well, so it should happen much less frequently.
