- had to disable interior wetness logic l as it caused some unforseen disco events

- updated mod name since it does sounds now
- weather sounds volume is dynamic now, for example heavier the rain, more audible it becomes
- all weather sounds/fx will now be muffled when player enters structure or natural shelter
- dealt with interior wetness, now when player enters building or natural shelter wet surfaces will subside - it is not a solutioin, it's a workaround - it will still be wet inside when viewed from outside and vice versa, but I guess it's better then constant wetness everywhere - also I'm aware raindrop impacts are still visible, just did not figured them out yet - it is also weird at times on Island of Siptah as devs 'forgot' to give shelter values to most structures on map and rain pours through ceilings.

- Alexa! play Thunderstruck by AC/DC! - I'll let you figure out what the heck that means for yourselves.
- also worked around issues with damned particle emitters, so now they'll respect in-game wind vectors as they bloody should.
- this will "100% maybe" fix all issues with invisible rain.

- gave embers and ash particles more varied density and some random dynamics
- slight correction to rain opacity
- upgraded snowfall and blizzard conditions
- upgraded thunderlight to fully be fully volumetric
