Fixed some of Skimmer's card text formatting being incompatible with the last update.

Replaces some deprecated functions. Also might add some unique opening dialogue?

Working on fixes for Tsukiko's Suggestion cards, which were broken after the last SoEP update.

A couple small bug fixes. Secret bug fixes.

Fixes a bunch of issues when various cards react to environment damage. That is, when the environment itself deals the damage, not just an environment card. Silly design space, I say.
