More Silhouette tweaks!

Some small QOL changes for Silhouette, and some slightly bigger bug fixes for Gold Dragon's Expensive Dinner and Diving Save redirection.

Minor fixes for Silhouette.

Introduces Silhouette, everyone's favourite edgelord vampire superhero!

Changes who makes the decision of what cards to move for Tsukiko's The Game is Rigged variant.

Bug fixes! Gold Dragon can now go on an expensive dinner alone if everyone else is dead (...geez...) and High Heals now understands what a decimal is.

Adds The Tricksy Tsukiko! Also includes a bunch of internal fixes that may or may not break everything. We'll see.

Fixes a bug where Tsukiko's Frantic Attack let two players draw cards if the same target was dealt damage twice (through redirect shenanigans). Why did I patch this? Because I'm mean, that's why.

Update for text changes

Adds an alternate art for Gun Club Tsukiko. Fixes a bunch of status effects where damage was increased or reduced to CARDS, not TARGETS. This had no effect on gameplay, but caused the status effects to be displayed on many more cards than they were relevant for.
