Speed reduced to 80 was 100
Hull reduced to 250,000 was 625,000
Armor reduced to 150,000 was 375,000
Shield, Weapon Damage/Range Mults reduced to 0.1 was 0.15
Armor Mult removed was 0.15
Orbital Bombardment Mult added 0.15 was 0
Upkeep changed Energy to 250 was 9.6
Upkeep changed Alloys to 50 was 3.2
Combat disengagement chance changed to 0.25 was 0.8

Moons & Planets can be equiped with 2 new planet killers unlocked through 2 new techs:
Necrodian Consumption consumes the biomass avalible on a world and gives permenant varying degrees of extra hull/armor to the consuming ships depending on the type of world and how many pops it has on it. Also Reduces Upkeep by 50% for 6 months.
Forced Convergence enacts a convergence event on worlds with life and results in 1-10 Necrodian Spawn ships being born of the event depending on the type of world and how many pops it has on it.

Both (should) result in barren worlds being left behind
Currently both just use the Assimilate PK effect as trying to change it was driving me insane. Will attempt to fix later, Probably.

Updated:
Added Red/Black Marker buildings.

They provide a small amount of energy directly and add Necrophyte Jobs.

Red upgrades to Black with the more Black Markers reducing all requirements to enact convergence.

Added code to decision to prevent it from being enacted on a Necropolis Ringworld (from my other mod)

Component Changes:
Added T1-T3 thrusters
Made Reactor require tech given by the AP
Added Default Combat Computers

Convergence Change:
Now requires 100+pops to have Either Necrophage or Hivemind traits

Bugfixes:
Removed ability to design Spawn if you have done the Colossus Project (idk why that was happening)
Removed Spawn components to prevent doubling of thrusters and reactors (idk why that was happening either)

Reduced pop requirements by half

Increased alloy cost for moon 5000 -> 7500
Increased alloy cost for plaent 10000 - > 15000
