Capital settlement growth requirement modified to the vanilla values (1-2-4-5 from 2-3-4-5 in SFO) to speed things up a bit since SFO also slowed down the game.
Silver Helm with swords no longer require the smith building so they can be recruited as auxiliary in other factions.

Beastmen: Removed everything I had added, since there's now no penalty or buildings not also present in vanilla.

Chaos: Walls no longer reduce dissidence as I've canceled it for them, it and the warpstone building now give food and migration range. Swapped one of the slave worker bonus to citizen (for Noscan pop).

Lizardmen: Spread capacity and food to more building chains due to how many buildings they have. Added the "spawning pool" effect to the terradon (skink) and cold one (saurus) buildings, but it is weaker on those, to also ease the bloat.

Added troops% to some SFO building, tweak to chaos/beastmen to account for new province wide workers, made the auxiliary show SFO stats before recruitment.
