Created new game mode - added ticket gain/loss/bleed, lots of QOL changes, rebalanced tickets, new lattices, rulesets, gamemode, etc.

Rebalanced Carentan and Utah, removed Dinant and Oosterbeek (old maps), added Dinant, Oosterbeek (new maps), Heelsum, Velmolen, Arnhem, Best

Skirmish layers created for training in specific environments - forests, swamps, urban areas, etc.

Currently consists of:

Carentan_Skirmish_Custom_01 - Urban combat layer in the southern part of the city
Doorwerth_Skirmish_Custom_01 - Westbouwing forest
Stonne_Skirmish_Custom_01 - Night skirmish layer revolving around small town

Mod also includes several QOL changes to the skirmish game mode - better team balance, lowered tickets, improved spawn protections, preparation time, etc.

More maps and gameplay improvements will be added soon!
