Redid the dropship sprites and added propper gibs.

Reworked the Boser musket and pistol, they should now be more reliable and less prone to self damage.

Added a better dropship AI courtesy of Abdul Alhazred.

Fixed a couple of console errors due to referencing non existent terrain files.

Updated all actor and weapon sprites.
Buffed the MMG MK3 and the KAR.

All rifle type weapons have increased damage, they are now effective and headshots on human actors will do massive damage, if not kill outright.

Fixed a bug where pistols were being spawned as primary weapons in scenarios.

Added the Viceroy Class LCA Dropship.
Doesn't have very good gibs yet, those can wait till I have a day to make them all.

Set preset actors to be disabled by default, read the readme to enable them again.
Added randomised heads.
