Fix policy slot problem.
Add Russia trait, extra 30 territory upon founding cities,+2 faith and production from Tundra, receive science or culture from trade routes to civilizations that are more advanced than you.
Add Gran Colombia trait, +20 movements to all units.
Add Babylon trait, Eurekas provide all of the science for technologies.

This MOD add a Great Person Monument in to the game, you can find it in the city center. But it belongs to Wonders, there can only exist one in the map. You'd better build it right after the game starts.
If you want to change the property of this monument, you can change the data in the mod file (……-->steam--> steamapps --> workshop --> content --> 289070 -->2337199165 -->GREAT_PERSON_MONUMENT_Gameplay.xml )
by yourself.This monument can provide many great person points and other bonus; all tiles in your civilization gain +1000 appeal; all builders can build 10 extra improvement; +1 wildcard policy slot; +100 trade route capacity; +100 housing in all cities; gain 1000 envoys ; +5000% diplomatic favor per turn from starting a turn as suzerain of a city-state; gain 71 governor promotions; increases growth by 50% in all cities.
