- The Entwine Dark Event now uses Playable Aliens' new version of the Entwine ability. The Localization for the event now correctly refers to Tongue Grab, not Tongue Pull (which is an ability only player controlled snakes can get that pulls allies around).

- Playable XCOM 2 Aliens For LWOTC is no longer required for this mod to work. I've set it up so that people who don't have Playable Aliens will simply not get the Dark Events that requires it. Specifically, people without Playable Aliens will not get these Dark Events:

  • Pugilistic
  • Thrash (Andromedon)
  • Thrash (Berserker)
  • Omen
  • Puppet Show
  • Hazardous Cascade
  • Entwine
  • Serpentine
You will, however, at the very least need to be subbed to the new requirements (Playable Aliens users will already have them all).

- Added an XComClassData.ini file to disable the original Shadow Ops classes from the Shadow Ops Perk Pack. Get my LWOTC version of Shadow Ops if you want to use the classes.

- Some Dark Events have had more enemies added to their arrays.
  • Parkour: Frost Berserker (all tiers)
  • HEAT Ammo: Frost Trooper (all tiers)
  • Terrifying Suppression: Frost Muton (all tiers)
  • Apex Predator: Frost Muton (all tiers)
  • Sniper Elite: Frost Tech (all tiers)
  • Thrash (Berserker): Frost Berserker (all tiers)
  • Hazardous Cascade: Frost Muton (all tiers)
  • Cold Blooded: Purge Priest (all tiers)
  • Salt In The Wound: Purge Priest (all tiers)
  • Entwine: Frost Viper (all tiers) and Frost Adder (all tiers)

- The Localization for the Fortress Dark Event now references it negating frost as well as the other usual damage types, as it does so in Mod Jam (maybe LWOTC itself will have this as a feature at some point, or maybe it already does, I don't know).

- Updated localization, mainly to reflect the recent Puppet Show tweak in Playable XCOM 2 Aliens For LWOTC.

- Fixed some missing closing brackets in a couple of spots in XComGameCore.ini (thanks, InterventoR!)
- Due to a weird bug where Sensor Overlays stacks with itself even after the unit(s) with the ability is killed, I've replaced that event with Predator (bonus aim and crit chance against flanked targets). Any enemy has a 15% chance to gain this ability. It still requires you to have encountered a Muton.

- Bladestorm and Death From Above events are gone, in favor of abilities that don't need to be bound to a weapon. This is to avoid a conflict that was happening with the player's Death From Above ability (e.g. on the Sharpshooter).
- They have been replaced by Pugilistic and Sniper Elite, respectively. Pugilistic will not affect Advent Destroyers, but can affect Berserkers (regular only), Andromedons (only the living unit, not the empty shell), and Faceless (regular only). All other eligible units for these abilities are unchanged.
- Due to this change, Ability Editor is no longer required for this mod.
