- 2 new Dark Events for Playable Aliens users: Thrash (Faceless) and Bungee Slime. Both of these Dark Events affect regular Faceless, both tiers of Bio Faceless, and all three tiers of Animate Cryolite. They both can be initiated after you first encounter a Faceless.

  • Thrash allows the Faceless variants to make free claw attacks against enemy targets that move or attack within 3 tiles of it. These attacks can only hit the unit that triggered them, and will only deal damage, not other effects (i.e. no chill or Elerium poison effects).

  • Bungee Slime adds 2 tiles to the length and width of the range of Scything Claws and similar attacks used by Faceless variants. It does not affect Thrash.

- One new Dark Event: Resilience (Shadow Ops version). This ability renders the unit in question immune to critical hits from any source, including "guaranteed crit" abilities such as Bullseye or Haymaker. It can apply to any enemy, but only has a 20% chance to apply to each one in a given mission. This event can be started any time after a year has passed in your campaign.

- One new Dark Event: Unstoppable (this is the Chosen Assassin's passive ability that prevents her Mobility from being reduced below 7). If this Dark Event becomes active, Unstoppable is guaranteed to apply to Faceless, Berserkers, Chryssalids, and many variants of them from other mods. Advent can begin researching it once they can deploy Berserkers.

- The Survival Instinct Dark Event should now be able to spawn.

- The Andromedon's variant of the Thrash Dark Event will now apply to Frost Andromedons and all Drome Dome Andromedons (as well as their shell forms).

- The Fortress Dark Event will now apply to all tiers of Frost Sectoids and Frost Necromancers.

- The Pugilistic Dark Event will now apply to all tiers of Bio Faceless and Animate Cryolite.

- The Zone Of Control Dark Event will now apply to all tiers of Animate Cryolite.

- Heavy Hitter no longer uses the eAR_AllEnemies ApplicationRules, as it apparently can affect Flashbangs and certain grenades that the Chosen use. It now uses a custom list instead. The list isn't complete yet, but for now it has a pretty big chunk of enemies on it. I've also increased the chance for it to take effect on each eligible enemy from 10% to 20%.

- Added CHDLCRunOrder config to ensure this mod loads after Long War of the Chosen itself, mainly to ensure this next change sticks.

- X2Condition_UnitPropsTacticalDE.uc will now check to make sure the unit is NOT flagged as a Soldier for both the eAR_AllEnemies ApplicationRules and the eAR_Aliens ApplicationRules. What this means is that Dark Events should no longer be benefiting XCOM's Playable Aliens units.
