- Added the remaining six Halo Installation systems as custom empire starts:
Myung System (Beta Halo)
Zhagolin System (Epsilon Halo)
Khaphrae System (Gamma Halo)
Coelest System (Delta Halo)
Mdorkon System (Kappa Halo)
Ephsu System (Zeta Halo)


- Updated each start with an additional mining district to prevent unemployed pops.

(Known issue: These system starts will have a consumer goods deficit, so it is recommended that you build a factory at the start of a game until it is fixed)

Hotifix:

- A temporary fix that prevents the AI from building megastructures on top of the Ark Installation megastructure which causes the model to disappear (Sharpened Shield Worlds included). This required an override of the "colonizable_planet" scripted trigger, so be aware that this may (or may not) affect other mods that do the same.
