- Updated the forerunner decisions and text that created Sentinel, Mechanical Prometheans, and Huragok pops to produce the appropriate pop amount.

- Fixed an issue that was causing the AI to build ring worlds that replaced existing forerunner megastructures such as the Lesser Ark.

- Added Splendid-Dust-of-Ancient-Suns portrait to the set.

- Fixed misc. error logs.

Known Issues:

- There is a bug that when you build any habitable forerunner megastructure (i.e. Shield Worlds, Halos, the Ark, etc.), a vanilla city district will be created causing any buildings to disappear after every month. There is a workaround for this issue by building one of the custom city districts first that will replace the vanilla city district with the custom one. This will also stop the resets from removing buildings.
