- When using UThrow on the stars or the planet, the portal will no longer be removed unnecessarily
- Improved various things when hitting the DSpecial planet back in the ditto (ex: making it swap ownership properly etc)
- Toon Link can now hit the Dspecial planet when fighting Matt, because he is a strong Kewtian
- Fixed the FTilt reflect SFX

- Active frames of stars spawned from FStrong and DStrong reduced (60->30)
- Soft armor of DAttack reduced slightly (15->10)
- You can no longer hold DSpecial when you start the move in the air, to make it a bit worse as a landing option

- DSpecial portal now goes away when Matt gets parried or loses a stock
- UThrow1 can now be teched, rewarding opponents for teching it on platforms as it will kill later if they do
- USpecial now doesn't go as far at full charge
- If a small star is parried, it will do 4% and speed up
- FTilt total damage reduced (12->10)

- Matt will now fall slightly during the endlag of FSpecial and the endlag of the FSpecial punch
- DAttack startup increased (14->15), endlag increased (16->18), and angle changed (40->361)

- Jab2 is now techable, and Jab3 damage reduced (8->7)
- Reduced knockback scaling of the DSpecial stomp jump attack (1.05->1.0)

- Added 2 frames to NAir, making it more clear when the sourspot is still active and also making it smooth better back into idle
- Removed angle flipper from DStrong
- Adjusted BAir1 angle (100->135) and removed angle flipper to make it connect better and cause less jank

Fixes / Other Changes
- When parrying FSpecial (specifically the grab) Matt will skip to the endlag window instead of canceling out of the move completely
- When being parried, Matt's planet will always blow up (to prevent it from hitting opponents when they're trying to punish him)
- When parrying DAttack, the move will no longer cancel immediately. Matt will still slow down however, so this just makes the move easier to punish when parried
- Improved the reflector code for FTilt. It should now work better overall
- Added a 5th Miiverse post
