Notes on animating terrorists, scouts.

Both scouts, spies have a 80 tick anim for killspy animations.

Animation for this mod's latest units is still unknown, but we do know we need the following:

counterintell - add/remove informer
Kill spy: 80 tick, unit fires revolver at tick 40.

For sabotage: tick count is 300.

Vanilla Dutch units have been removed from Texas, and the folliowing has been done:
- Armed Traders given to Morocco.
- Armed Merchants given to Lakota.

Some updates to graphics. Namely, scouts.
- Muslim, Native Americans now use the furbound north European version (forked from Rise of Kings: Chronicles)
- A new European skin based on vanilla Armed Caravan attendant has been introduced.
- Thailand uses a native American version - this version will be used for now, provisionally, until we start working on Terrorists and start thinking what else can be tinkered with.

Scout graphics reworked:
- Muslims took over the furbound unit from Rise of Kings.
- A new Eurropean scout based on the vanilla Armed Caravaneer has been added.
