Included code to remove all stargate opinion modifiers before new ones are added, so they don't stack up infinitely.

Changed the Connections deposits away from rare, so they don't show up as Rare Planetary Features.

Included some logging in script to easier hunt down issues.

Reduced the energy cost of each connection from 5 to 2. Since they were split up, they're worth a bit less. Also removed the Unity production from the Military connections.

The start event for stargate seeding should now only pop for the host in MP.

Added a check for whether countries have contact, that should cut down on lag whenever the event runs.

Separates the Stargate Network connections into Civilian and Military.

Added a policy to define how close you need to be to get Civilian or Military Network connections.

Association status now counts for the NAP or DP part, since you can't have those while in a federation. You will still require a Commercial or Research Pact.

Fixed the counting event so that later empires don't get *way* more stargate network connections than they should.

Applied a couple more optimizations.

Fixed your own Stargates not being counted for connections.

Being in a federation is now good criteria to share your stargate network.

Subjects now share their network with you, and vice versa. This correctly works with the previous one, so you don't get double from subjects that are also in your federation.

Raised the cap for number of Stargate connections to 1000. Was 100 previously.

Big effort made to minimize lag caused by the Stargate Network script. Split up when planets add/remove their deposits to 24 different times each year. Still only updates the count every six months.

Changed it so that the Stargate Network starts being established immediately on game start, not a year after.

Heavily nerfed trade value from Stargate Network. Now 2% bonus per deposit, not flat +10.

Buffed Trade Value from Stargate Manager, now 10, up from 4.
