3 new tasks (Capture area, seek enemy thief/civ murderer), enemy may call mortar/arty strikes if there is related zone inside 4km radius, added option to disable island insertion, random static armed vehicles in camps, added birds over deadmen and taking off near vehicles/moving men, other tweaks/fixes.
