* Overhauled and updated visual EFX
* Overhauled sound FX, with custom sounds created and implemented for all explosion effects
* HARM speed slightly reduced, and turn rate increased to improve accuracy on laser designator

+ Added blue tracers to EMP rifle rounds, and blue tracer magazine options for many small arms

Satchels and mines can now be placed by zeus, located in the same place as all the other normal explosives and mines

Added an "Optional" folder with EMP mortar rounds for the MK6 Mortar. Adds 3x 8 round magazines to the mortar tube by default.
