-possible fix for the mining beacon not changing ore selection due to emptying out buffer of old ore queue

- updated and very simplified mining, ore detector and all things related to it trashed and replaced by a very simple nanite mining beacon

- some target filtering stuff and rescan triggers for construction and projections so the NCF doesn't get stuck during projection construction in some niche cases

- nanite inventory cleanup, so nanites don't get clogged, it dumps it's contents to containers every now and then

- area beacons trashed (since they can be used to bypass shields, safezones, offline protections etc., not server safe)

-fixed the missing collision on the control console of factory

-a change to x.GameLogic.GetAs<LargeNaniteOreDetectorLogic>() the old method was causing crashes with other mods that used the same logic
