NSPECIAL:
• Added Air transition sprites

DSPECIAL:
+ The Charge Timer has been increased from 40 -> 50
+ Knockback Scaling for the Fully Charged Hitbox has been increased from 1.10 -> 1.15
• At a certain point while charging the sceptre, G.B.A will now set himself on fire (total dmg to self is 10)

• Fixed a bug where DSPECIAL's projectile wouldn't disappear off-ledges on certain stages (e.g. Tempest Peak)
• Compiled the separate sprite strips of NSPECIAL's funny projectile gags together
• Redid the Random Sound Generators for DAIR and USPECIAL
