- Increased the spacing between enigmatic fortress platforms, so that they don't clip into eachother anymore. (The spacing refreshes after 1-2 newly build defense platforms)
- Increased the enigmatic fortress platform in size, so it's the same size as the enigmatic fortress leviathan.

- Updated the renounce ascendancy event from latest ZOFE files.
- Updated the event to generate ZOFE hedonist pops with the latest code from ZOFE.
- Increased the duration of the Energyze Society edict to match the duration of the blocker flag to prevent new pops from becoming hedonists.
- Replaced the check for 'ascended_empire = yes' to 'is_zofe_country = yes' to be more in line with the rest of ZOFE.

- Added english dummy localisation files for all supported languages in Stellaris. This should allow one to play with their native language without having broken/missing mod translations.

- Adratic Rift Generators now only require Stellarite Capital buildings instead of Phanon level ones, helping you kickstart your Phanon economy.
- Updated the scripted trigger from ACOT to allow various ACOT army types to be built with the new AoT Tier building upgrades.
- Disabled a redundant ZOFE event that granted upgrades to Fallen Automated Buildings which are replaced by ACOT tier buildings anyways.
- Reduced total score for the Production Core Project (Grants Fallen Automated Buildings when finished) from 2000->1000.
- Halved all Production Core Project penalty costs in case of failures, making the project less frustrating in case RNGesus is not on your side.
- Drastically increased unity costs of all ACOT armies where applicable.

- Removed the requires no existing megastructure fail case for the Phanon Great Wall, preventing you to built in certain circumstances where you should be able to build one.
- Added all ACOT precursor ships to be buildable from the Warbarge.
- The Phanon Great Wall spawns now directly the turret bases, effectively skipping one stage, halving the amount of clicks necessary to get all turrets online. (Only applies to Great Walls sections built after this patch.)
- Drastically increased the alloy cost for all stages of the Phanon Great Wall.
- Corrected some descriptions of the Phanon Great Wall.
