- Simplified the ownership_limits file since it's now additive after the recent Stellaris update.
- Fixed the 'ongoing_vault_infiltration' flag not getting cleared after a successful vault raid, not allowing you to do any more raids.

- Updated the code from base ACOT, which spawns the armies on the Phanon Vault, to make them actually spawn on the planet instead of space.
- This works only with the 3.8.3 update released today.

Thanks to Inny78 who supplied me with some further updated and optimized scripted triggers for even better compatibility and less error log spamming.

- Forgot to upload some unsaved changes related to the previous update.

- Added new scripted triggers for AoT Macripps, Habitats and Warbarge to further improve compatibility with Merger of Rules mod.

- Fixed Phanon Overwatch not dropping from the Phanon Vault. It now drops on the third raid.
- Fixed the Phanon sections for all the ships not popping up since the prerequisite tech didn't drop from the Phanon Vault raid.
- The fourth raid now also drops all previous techs in case you haven't got the previous techs due to the events bugging out.

- Updated localisation files.

- Fixed missing tech requirement for Phanon Digitizer Bombardment stance, making it available for everyone right off the start.
