- Fixed placement of Enigmaliths around the Phanon Great Wall MacR.I.P.P. Planets.
- Fixed the Great Wall Enigmaliths not producing and requiring the same resources as their normal counterparts.
- Added 45% Speed Multiplication for Phanon Afterburners making them not stand out weirdly compared to other tiers.
- Removed build limit for Gatekeepers, go wild!

- Added additional clerk jobs to the Phanon Vault so that the unemployed pops won't settle away, abondoning your vault amids a raid.
- Fixed the Phanon Civil Application tech to have the proper prerequisite now, so it actually drops after the first raid.
- Adjusted the flavor text for the Mirror in the Sky event talking about stellarite reactors instead of dark energy ones.

- Removed wrong Sigma Solaripp prerequisite from the Phanon Great Wall.

- Removed any prerequisite of the the Phanon Civil Engineering Tech, as it has a weight of 0 anyways.
- Changed all Vault Drops to include all previous tech drops in case some bugged out for whatever reason. So if you are missing some Phanon tech, raid that Vault!
- Changed Alpha Tier scripted trigger to check for playable_country instead of default country.

- Fixed Phanon Enigmalith costing Stellarite. It costs now Dark Energy and Dark Matter.
- Added Runic Power cost to Sigma Enigmalith and raised the overall Stellarite cost of it.

- Fixed Medium Phanon Shields missing the ship hull stat that the Small and Large variants have.
- Fixed Sigma Shields being hella thich-chested. Now they have rejoined with their values back with their chad kin.
- Fixed Phanon Dimensional Mirror requiring Stellarite to activate, eventhough you can't have Stellarite at that tier.
- Fixed Sigma Solaripp requiring the wrong prerequisite tech

This update is quite big and brings AoT to 3.5 'Fornax' as well as implementing the latest changes from the recent ACOT update.

- Sigma Tier is the new King in toown and swapped places with Phanon.
- Added new Phanon Habitat stage
- Added buildable Phanon Habitat.
- Added new SolaR.I.P.P. planet which specializes in production of Stellarite. It takes the place of the old MacR.I.P.P.
- Phanon MacR.I.P.P. are now degraded to planets and will be spawned instead of the old stellarite habitats when building the great wall.
- Added new sigma star.
- Added new sigma star converter to create sigma stars.
- Completely reworked all Phanon and Sigma components to reflect latest ACOT changes.
- Swapped all Phanon with Sigma tier buildings both tier, visual and production wise.
- Adjusted the enigmalith tiers and production.
- Adjusted the emissary to reflect the new changes.
- Adjusted the Stellarite and Phanon events to be swapped as well.

Some stuff is still placeholder and there may be bugs, yet the main gameplay stuff should work. Make sure to report bugs when you find them!
