- Gatekeepers can now be used for Federation or GDF fleets.
- Updated the Delta, Alpha, Phanon and Sigma Tier habitat AI code with the vanilla habitat code. This should prevent habitat spam by the AI.
- All enforcer jobs from this mod now have a higher job priority.
- Fixed a bug with the Emissary, spawning non species pops on arrival.
- Fixed Phanon-Reactive-Countermeasure upgrading into Stellarite-Hyperdrive-Amplifier, whereas it should actually upgrade into Sigma Reactive Countermeasure Drones.
- Added missing Shield and Armor Nullification for Phanon Reactors.
- Updated Sigma Reactor overrides to be updated with current ACoT values.
- Fixed Stellarite Shield Generator FX not spawning.
- Added Phanon/Sigma Variants of the Dimensional Harvesters to the Emissary components.
- Fixed the issue where you could get multiple one-per-planet buildings via just stacking the same components on the Emissary (For example stacking all tiers Giga Fortress components etc.)
- Updated delta and alpha Maintenance Hub building with missing meme harvester jobs and updated upkeep values.

- Fixed a bug in the habitat district replication code. This caused all districts to vanish upon retrofitting to a higher tier of habitat.

- Added a scripted trigger for better handling of the unlock of the enigmatic lock. It could possibly never draw if the player manages to upgrade all enigmaliths out of delta tier, before finishing the current physics research.

- Updated the MacR.I.P.P. Enigmaliths with the values and model of the their buildable cousins.
- Added a new event dialog option to the Phanon Mirror in the Sky event to prevent a game crash, which occurs when player 1 finishes the mirror and phanon event chain and then captures a second mirror from player 2 who is currently doing it.

- Added new Megastructure: The Enigmatic Lock, this megastructure works just like the Dimensional lock but without having to renew it, it will stay active for as long as you control the system.
- Added new Technology to unlock the Enigmatic Lock megastructure, you need to have researched the Enigmalith first and built at least one in your empire for it to show up.
