- Removed tech prerequisites from both organic and mechanic Phanon trait tech unlocks, to avoid potentially blocking it on the third vault drop.
- Improved the scripted trigger to determine where to build Phanon ships.
- Added the Phanon trait tech to the final fourth vault drop as well, in case they got missed on drop 3.

- Added missing Pop assembly to all delta and higher tier clone vats and evochambers.
- Nerfed pop growth values of clone vats and evochambers in turn.
- Added 1%, 1.5%, 2% and 2.5% Empire size reduction per building to delta and above tiers of Administration Buildings (Delphic-Ai-Gov Cores etc.)
- Added missing production bonus to ordinary consumer goods Factory and Alloy Foundry jobs from delta up to sigma tiers.
- Moved Delta Clone Vats and Evochambers to pop assembly catergory from government.

- Updated Phanon Tier Research institute to provide 6 scientist cap and +40% research speed.
- Updated Sigma Tier Research institute to provide 8 scientist cap and +60% research speed.

- Updated mod to 3.10.0 Pyxis
- Changed leader class checks to use the new commanders/officials classes instead.
- Simplified the code for the planetary shield object creation.
- Added is_pc_red_toxic trigger check to my overall check for Gigas planets.
- Rebalanced the failure chances for the DIY precursor databank assembly project. Using highly skilled scientists (Level 7 or higher) in the very first attempt is now much less likely to fail, while using leaders below that level is now much more likely to fail. The highest success chances can be achieved by level 9 or higher scientists.
- Added a check for "has_leader_flag = leader_death_events_blocked" in the DIY precursor precursor databank assembly project. This it to prevent scientist getting selected for it that are involved in some other event chain and thus not allowed to die.
- Changed the DIY precursor databank assemlby projekt to now give you a range of 3 scientists you could assign to the project instead of just one. (Requires you to be an Ascended Empire from Dawn of Ascension)
- Updated several events that gave new traits or removed detrimental ones to account for the new leader types.
- Updated the pdxmesh.shader file to account for the new Astral Rifts shaders.
- Updated scripted triggers for buildable Precursor and Phanon Ships from latest ACOT release.

- Changed the AI weights of the Great Wall so the AI only builds it if it can afford to finish it and pay it's full upkeep.
- Encouraged the AI to build Great Walls if they have some rival neighbours.
- Added missing AI weights to the higher tiers of the Great Wall so the AI may now actually finish it.
- Added missing AI weights to the Great Wall Mega Turrets, so that the AI may actually build them now.
- Adjusted the AI weights to the Phanon Stellar Converters so that the AI starts them only if they can also afford to finish their construction with their final energy upkeep.
- Adjusted the AI weights to the Sigma Stellar Converters so that the AI starts them only if they can also afford to finish their construction with their final energy upkeep.
- Adjusted the AI weights to the Dimensional Mirror (From the Mirror in the Sky event), so that the AI considers building it only if it has a fleet power of at least 1 million or greater.

- Added a new scripted trigger for better mod interoperability regarding planetary shield generators when using Merger of Rules mod and a lot of ther mods.
- Fixed wrong reference to building_hab_major_capital which got renamed into building_hab_system_capital when Pdx changed the habitat system completely.

- Fixed wrong Alpha Tier event getting fired instead of the correct one. This resulted previously in forcing you to assemble the Precursor Databank yourself without actually doing the real event first.
- Removed unused Dark Matter habitat upgrade technology which doesn't unlock anything and is obsolete as of 3.9.3 with its new Habitat rework.

- Fix for blank windows appearing for aot_tech_event.1 aot_tech_event.2 aot_tech_event.3 after researching any tech. They were not suppose to be seen by anyone.
