There was an issue with a sound trigger that sometimes activated during the intro video, fixed that. I also noticed a few AI groups that did not always patroled, fixed that too.

Added a nice chopper extraction and tweaked some of the AI a bit more

Removed civil traffic (they are idiots), changed objects for sound sources, added streetlight on some of the roads, balanced the AI further (is quite good now), corrected some typo's, Added rangefinder to the team leader inventory... and some other small stuff.
