Perfectionist Update

Changes:
Biggest optimization (converted .wav to .ogg, recompressed textures, removed old easter eggs)
Reduced file size from 350 to 50 mb!
Added "Riders on the Storm" to main menu.
Rescaled spinning disc and added skyline as a measure car.
Reworked lighting to give more original NFSU2 look.
Remade main menu from the game with the common map settings.
