Question: Can you port a...

Answer: Garage and shops locations is a unique 3d scenes with already placed objects. City map is made of lots of objects, which have his origin point, when i ripping it all positions lost and all models are going in the same place (except roads and walls).
Public tools for porting city scenes still doesn't exists, but i hope that Hypercooled will be released someday (info at August 2024)
