- Implemented a workaround to an issue with start_colony script effect which Paradox broke in 2.8, resulting in overflowing colonisation progress which made habitat stuck and never colonised. Hotfix for ongoing saves is included so if you wait around two years all stuck habitats will be back to normal.

- Added support for Machine empires (and other Gestalt empires which are not Hive and not Lithoid).

- Added support for new Toxic World Planetary Habitat and all future habitats using pdplanethab district set.

- This fix now restores AI building Planetary Habitats, a feature disabled by Gatekeeper until Paradox fixes the bug. If you want this feature off open console and input the following command (copy-paste works):
effect set_global_flag = habitataifix_pd_build_disabled
Or simply move this fix above Planetary Diversity mods so this feature gets overwritten.

Caution: Asteroid and Barren Habitats will be impossible to build until Gatekeeper updates Planetary Habitats. If you can't wait open console and input the following command:
effect set_global_flag = planetarydiversityhabitats
