Updated SBS MAKO Mk.I Powerboat with Shade Cover (Update for V1.0).

- Added another layer to the hull level in order to lift the control area outside of the water and add more head space in cabin
- Adjusted the engines maximum RPS output as at MAX RPS it was uncontrollable.

Updated SBS MAKO Mk.I Powerboat with Shade Cover.

- Added Throttle Dampening Option that at high throttle values (currently set for 65+) will automatically dial the active throttle back depending upon the value sent to the Rudder. This feature will reduce sliding and bouncing while turning at high speed.
- Modified the HUD to show SET THROTTLE and ACTIVE THROTTLE Values.
