Add production facility. This kept power down below 680PU still so even with production equipment on board solar easily keeps station 100% powered when not teleporting or running repair bay.

Fixed some missing texture/paint issues

Added Wireless System
Fixed some texture misses
Re-shuffled engineering layout a little bit to free more space if you end up upgrading enough to need T4 CPU or anything

Solar addition now allows for full station operation without Fuel, if you orient the platform correctly towards your Sector Star. Producing over 1.5kPU. Except for the teleporter (which powers on and off only when you step on it) the platform shouldn't need its generators on.

Also finished texture/painting

Few minor tweaks.
