Kipper - CV Repair Base

This is a large scale Space Platform for parking CV's on to do repairs. It has a bunch of facilities in it (medical, O2, showers, beds) as well as gravity and storage.

Large enough to fit most huge CVs and built to keep the Repair bay out of the CV's build framework. This also works on smaller ships as well.

Still working on some texturing but feel free to take it and make it your own!

Solar addition now allows for full station operation without Fuel, if you orient the platform correctly towards your Sector Star. Producing over 1.5kPU. Except for the teleporter (which powers on and off only when you step on it) the platform shouldn't need its generators on.

Re-laid out Engineering for better space usage

Also finished texture/painting

Few minor tweaks.
