Dspecial and Sanguine Lightning
-Activation of Sanguine Lightning moved to Downspecial. Iroh can no longer use his counter attack while his SL gauge is full. SL can still be activated at any time including during attacks.
-Thunder Break cannot be used during the first second of Sanguine Lightning

Fstrong
-Fixed the timings of on hit and whiff endlag.

Fspecial
-Fixed misplaced hitboxes. They were reaching out a little too far.

Jab
-Fixed being parry stunned when jab 1 and 2 got parried.

Fstrong
-While in "grey" mode (non-Sanguine Lighitning form) the chain of Iroh's Fstrong is now a standard kill move. It no longer stuns and sets up combos. The lightning portion of the attack still stuns and pulls enemies in.

Nspecial
Test change
-The multihit of Nspecial now sends hit enemies through Iroh to the opposite side they began, while the final blast sends them directly away from Iroh.
