1.0 Release!

Known bugs:

* En Passant captures seems to have a weird effect when used on spectral zombies, they visually stick around (standing up) instead of vanishing. I might need to remove En Passant damage on these units.

* Similarly, on capture of an andromedon (causing its robotic backup systems to kick in) visuals don't seem to update, it seems to stay where it originated, though I believe attacks against it use its new (though hidden) location. I may need to remove En Passant damage on this unit.

* En Passant damage can be interrupted by overwatch fire. I'll tinker here, see if I can get the damage to finish before overwatch triggers.

* Displacement Wave is using the Relocate animation for now, at some later point I'll need to dig deeper into how to use some other effect not already usable by Shelter.
