Machine empires robo factories fixed. For real this time.

Update: 20 Jul, 2020 @ 2:33pm

Fixed machine empires not being able to construct additional robo factories.

Update: 27 May, 2020 @ 12:40pm

Hive mind pop growth is now affected by "greater than ourselves", as in if it's active, pop growth won't stop.

Update: 27 May, 2020 @ 11:30am

TL;DR:
Updated to 2.7.
Growth traits now affect growth of each pop. Be careful colonizing planets as void dweller.
RoboFactories now give job that adds 1 pop assembly instead of 2.
Slightly reduced growth of certain pops. Should be closer to 1 growth per 10 pops.

Detailed:
Slow breeders and void dweller now give -3% pop growth per pop.
Rapid breeders give 3% pop growth.
Fertile gives 9% pop growth.
Negative voidweller gives -18% pop growth

Ruler:
5% instead of 6%

Specialist:
10% instead of 12%
-4% instead of -6% if housing <2

Worker:
12% instead of 15%
2% instead of 4% for unemployment and low living standards. Greater than ourselves turns it off.
-2% instead of -4% for high living standards.

Simple drones:
13% instead of 17%

Slave:
15% instead of 12%

Bio Trophy:
7% instead of 6%

Deviant Drone:
25% instead of 10%

Greater than ourselves will prevent most pop growth speed reductions resulted from overpopulation.

Update: 13 May, 2020 @ 4:55am

Each Pop of Strata:

Ruler:
+6% Growth rate
If shared burdens:
-2% if housing < 3
4 Emigration if Jobs < 3 or amenities < -5
-2% If emigration is blocked

Specialist:
+12% growth rate
-6% if housing < 2
2 Emigration if high living standard and planet is full with no jobs or housing
3% pop growth speed reduction if emigration is blocked and ^ is true

Worker:
+15% growth rate
+4% if poor living standard and unemployed
+4% if low living standard, stratified economy or academic privilege
-4% if High living standard
-1% if high living standard and < 2 housing or < 2 jobs
1 emigration if high living standard and planet is full with no jobs or housing
15% growth reduction if emigration not possible while ^ is true

Complex Drone:
+8% Growth rate
-8% if no jobs or < 2 housing

Simple Drone:
17% Growth rate
-25% if no jobs
100% growth speed reduction if planet is full with no jobs or housing

Slave:
12% Growth rate

Bio Trophy:
6% Growth rate

Criminal:
10% Growth rate

Deviant Drone::
10% Growth rate

Slums event will trigger once < -3 Housing in around 180 months, decreasing with more overpopulation. Up to around an year with < -12 housing.
Slums will be created and will take away from district space. If the world was full it will destroy a district. Will give different housing depending on if its planet, ringworld, or arcology. Habitats considered planets.

Bunch of stuff to defines like:
1 Base pop Growth instead of 3
0 Penalty for new colony growth
Pop growth selection randomness down to 0.2 from 0.5
Increased exact species weight to 1.5 from 0.5
Changed underrepresented pop weight to 0.01 from 0.05
Habitability threshold for pop weight to 0.9 from 0.75
Low habitability penalty to weight to 3.5 from 2
Changed growth trait mult to 1 from 0.33

Growth from emigration from 5 to 10
Decline from emigration from 0.95 to 10
