Fixed Hilux retextures after recent 3CB Factions update.

- fixed ammunition for SRA machinegunner
- fixed "mising" uniforms for certain factions
- added Light Machinegunners to multiple factions using 3CB Faction's weapons (3CB variant)
- changed SMGs for some units using 3CB Faction's weapons (3CB variant)
- added M60 tanks to some factions (3CB variant)
- added scuds some factions (3CB variant)
- forgot to write patch notes, so maybe some other stuff as well

Added: Swadian Republican Army faction
Added: New RHS' Strykers to Swadia faction and Karzeghistan faction
Added: M113s to Malden faction

Changed: Malden now used FN MAG instead of M240G

Fixed: independent African Militia units didn't have uniforms in their inventories.
Fixed: Certain African Civilian (Skull) had wrong uniform in inventory

Hopefully, nothing was forgoten.
