Fixed missing/outdated keys for the updated .pbos

Fixed Hilux retextures after recent 3CB Factions update.

- fixed ammunition for SRA machinegunner
- fixed "mising" uniforms for certain factions
- added Light Machinegunners to multiple factions using 3CB Faction's weapons (3CB variant)
- changed SMGs for some units using 3CB Faction's weapons (3CB variant)
- added M60 tanks to some factions (3CB variant)
- added scuds some factions (3CB variant)
- forgot to write patch notes, so maybe some other stuff as well

Removed: Altis Lizard variant of RHS' Covered M1 helmet
Changed: Helmets for Malden para infantry
