Update to hopefully make the earlier game feel better. This does make him a lot stronger overall however so I'll still be looking at balancing options.

-Added Power Saws spell to help with damage options early due to Soulfire being consumable and weak early damage on his weapon.

-Changed Darknet to cost 1 mana instead of 3 and no longer consumable.

-Changed Mana Regen from 0.4 > 0.6

-Changed Shuffle Time from 4 > 3
