-reduce active frames of fair air by 4
-fair farspot is now sourspot with tiny kb and hitstun
-fair mutilhit send further and higher with less histun

-no longer regain stamina on hit with aerials

-strong dashing must be done before strong charging has begun

~Mutilple strong dashes are available, each add more damage to the strong, but each dash reset the attack to the beginning of startup and add +5f to said startup.

-Fair- Raise angle of tipper by 10 degrees
