~ Fixed Dair jank

~ Dstrong hit no longer have chance to swap opponent side

- Ustrong effective hitbox lifetime reduced by 30% (this also speed up some animation by the same amount)

- Dashing no longer increase damage of strong.


* Custom strong charge system that can be hold longer. dashing will reset the attack to frame 1 but dont interupt the charge timer.
