- Fair late hitbox have less kb

- Bair knockback scaling 0.9 -> 0.7

- Fstrong Base KB 10 -> 9, scaling 1.05 -> 0.9

- Strongs and tilt have a little bit more lag

- Slower stamina charge rate, no longer charge while air borne

+ Fixed Fair bug

- Increase Dashes cooldown while charging Strongs (maxium 2 dashes during charge time, even at max stamina) 20 -> 30

- Reduce Strongs scaling to kill less dummy early
