Auto-Upgrade Removal

- Removed auto upgrade from ships & stations due to feedback about it glitching out and creating a new ship design each time technology was researched

Lithoids Support & Component Costing

- Added Lithoids colony ship to master colonizer list
- Made Lithoids colony ship designable
- Civilian stations & ships now auto upgrade (If you experience issues, feel free to report them for review.)
- Components now add to cost
